Hello! I am LaToya Thomas. I have a passion for learning and helping others grow and improve. As an instructional designer, I consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and develop learning solutions that utilizes the ADDIE and SAM model. 

I love taking complex ideas and finding creative ways to chunk them into bite-sized pieces! I create learning solutions that use scenarios and multiple interactions for learners. This will provide learners with an engaging learning experience while increasing profitability for your company.

When I am not working, I enjoy traveling with my family, baking, and playing board games.
